PAYMENT POLICY
We do not participate with any insurance plans. However, we do accept Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts for payment. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for our services, contact them directly or speak with your plan administrator.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This applies to all appointments, whether in-office or by telephone. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge for 50% of the cost of the visit.

Visit expectations:

​Concerns addressed in your visit will be dependent upon the length of time booked and your specific needs.

Visits may include all or some of the following:

Extensive review of health history.

Address current concerns, wellness goals, and expected outcomes.

Assess foundations of health.

Create a Personal Wellness Plan, which may include the recommendation of one or more of the following modalities:

Routine and specialty laboratory testing*

Botanical medicine

Nutrition/Nutrient Therapy

Physical medicine

Mind-body medicine

Lifestyle counseling

Referrals and collaboration with your primary care provider, specialists, and other integrative practitioners

*Lab testing costs are not included in the visit price. Routine laboratory tests may be covered by insurance. Specialty labs are typically not covered by insurance.
